• Red Oak - the standard in the flooring industry. A very traditional look, with a strong grain pattern. When one thinks of hardwood flooring, oak is the first image that comes to mind. A dense wood suited to residential use. The strong grain will hide imperfections more easily than other, less grainy woods
• Hickory - the beautiful rustic species. Hickory is sought after for its strong country appeal, dramatic color variations and comfortable grain patterns, which is not as strong as oak, but has more charisma than maple or birch. A dense wood, perfect for residential use.
• Black Walnut - the domestic Exotic. A naturally toned hardwood species that exudes elegance and sophistication. In its character grade, it shows wild white sap wood patterns, that contrast just perfectly against the deep dark tone of the prime color. With hints of grey, black, and brown, black walnut is prized for its rarity and beauty.
